Problem Properties is a City of Boston initiative designed to focus resources and enforcement on properties known or suspected to present significant problems for the City in terms of higher crime rates, code violations, fire hazards, urban blight, depressed property values, etc. Successfully implemented analytics across all incident generating areas (911/Code Violations/Mayor’s Hotline/Police Incidents). Designed and developed context based Dashboards, Reports and Explorer Infospaces on a HANA backend for both Desktop and Mobile viewing. My work is also showcased on SAP customer portal!
